We cannot use the return barcode or QR code to return any package. If you have selected an option for an Amazon return that gives you a QR or Bar code, please cancel your return and start over. 

Go to your Amazon orders select return or replace item.  


Click on the item you wish to return, give the reason for the return, and click on the continue button after you have filled in any required information they ask for such as the reason for return, this will redirect you to a new screen (see below)

Click on the refund method you prefer, to your Amazon account or your payment method, and then click continue 

Click on the UPS drop-off points


 Then select confirm your return

Skip and head for the next button that says- Email copy of label- select that option and then hit send to a friend, and email a copy of this return label to our help@tortolaexpress.com email along with the MIA tracking number the item belongs to we could send this on to Miami or print the label if you have this package already in Tortola and need us to print the label for the return.
