Dear Friends,
We are closely monitoring the progress of the COVID spread in the BVI and hope to have an announcement later in the day to update you on services we can offer.
Our hope is to be able to continue home delivery should there be a 24 hour lockdown. We have submitted our desire to operate to the Minister for Health, the Honorable Carvin Malone, for consideration.
Further updates here will be made as we know more.
Best,
Colin Rathbun, CEO

Dear Friends,
I hope this message finds you, family and friends safe amidst these difficult times.
As per new government measures to keep the territory safe, please be advised of the following schedule changes to our BVI operations starting August 26th until further notice.
- Curbside pickup will operate 8am to 4pm. No mask, no service and you must remain in your vehicle.
- Deliveries will operate 8am to 4pm. No mask, no service.
- Helpdesk services (email and phones) will operate 8am to 4pm. Agents will be working from home so we recommend reverting to email as much as possible since phone communication quality will be lower than usual.
- Flights and ships will continue to arrive into the territory as per usual.
- Miami remains open as per usual.
Please stay safe and help us stop the spread of COVID19 with proper hygiene and social distancing protocols. We're in this together and that is how we will make it through.
best,
Colin Rathbun, CEO
