Dear Friends,

We have been closely monitoring the progress of TD 13 recently upgraded to Tropical Storm Laura. While we do not feel the storm poses many significant threats to the territory we have taken the following precautions:

1. Our BVI Office will be closed all day Saturday August 22, 2020.

2. We will not have a flight arriving on Saturday but will re-schedule the flight for Monday August 24.

3. Our helpdesk will be available by email or phone 10am to 6pm on Saturday as usual, however staff will be working from home so availability may be limited to power and internet outages that might occur.  We recommend emails to help@tortolaexpress.com since the phones don't work as well at the home office.

Best of luck for the storm, stay safe, and dry and thank you for trusting us with your internet orders.  :-)

Best,

Colin Rathbun, CEO

Phones, email and Facebook customer service channels will be open as per regular 9am to 6pm with our team working from home on Wednesday, July 29th and Thursday, july 30. We recommend emails to help@tortolaexpress.com since the phones don't work as well at the home office. Delivery is tentatively scheduled for 9am to noon on Wednesday July 29th and from 2pm to 6pm Thursday, Jul 30th.

Tonight's flight is scheduled to arrive tomorrow Wednesday July 29th, but we have a very short window to operate so my expectation is this has a 50% likelihood of occurring.
