April 4, 2020
Dear Friends,
In support of the BVI Government's work to cut the chain of contagion, Aeropost/TortolaExpress' offices in the BVI will be fully closed and there will be no home delivery during April 5th to April 18th.
However, we are actively pursuing several mitigating options to ensure your packages are ready once the curfew is lifted. As such, you may be experiencing status changes that you are not used to. For example, you may see a package status showing up as manifested even though it has not yet been paid for. This just allows us more flexibility in preparation during the curfew.
Delivery of incoming emergency goods to hospital or pharmacies and on hospital or pharmacy business, may be allowed pending permission from government. This should be coordinated with our help-desk on 394 0707 or help@tortolaexpress.com as we will remain in contact operating from home for the duration of the curfew except over the Easter weekend. Our help-desk will be closed April 10-13 inclusive.
Please keep an eye on our Facebook Page page or our Announcements Page for future updates.
Best,
Colin Rathbun,
CEO, Aeropost/TortolaExpress
