Please be informed that due to the recent announcement by Government of two confirmed cases of COVID19 in the territory, we are placing at least a two week stop on returns in order to safeguard our staff from potential inbound contamination. If you have goods to return, we ask that you request from your suppliers for at least a two week additional grace period in the hopes that we will be able to resume returns at that time.
In addition to full damage and loss protection, our Aeroprotect program usually allows for the return of packages to your supplier.
We will make a further announcement when things progress.
