Visit Aeropost

Click on Go to My account or Log In


  • Click on “Forgot Password”


  • Country: Tortola, British Virgin Islands

  • Enter Your account number or email address(if you use the same email for multiple accounts, please enter your account number and not your email address)

  • Click I’m not a Robot

  • Click Forgot password


You will receive an email to the email address assigned to the account: in this email there will be a temporary password sent to you, this temp password is valid for 24 hours.

  • Click on Enter My account here



  • Country: Tortola, British Virgin Islands

  • Enter Your account number or email address(if you use the same email for multiple accounts, please enter your account number and not your email address)

  • Please type in the temporary password that was sent to you in this email, do not copy and paste as there is a space before and after that can be accidentally copied over 

  • Click Sign In


Now that you have now entered your account

  • Click on Go to Profile 



  • Click on the tiny pencil icon next to your password

  • Enter the Temporary Password we sent you as the current password

  • Please choose the new password you wish to have

  • Retype the new password to confirm

  • Click Accept



Your New Password is now set, please make sure you have saved the new password somewhere safe, if you have another account, please log out of the current account and follow the same steps to enter the other account(s)
