Every shipped package needs to be associated with an invoice for insurance valuation and customs clearance  purposes. Many packages have invoices inside the box and our Miami team look for these, but in the event we don't find them we'll need your help to get the invoice.  Here are a few ways to do that.

Pre-Alert the package

If your package has not yet arrived in Miami, Pre-Alerting is by far the best method because it means we'll have your invoice associated to the package the moment it arrives in Miami, and it will get processes as fast as possible.  To do this, all you need is your original tracking number and your invoice. Here is a little video on how to do this.

Upload it on Aeropost

Email it to help@tortolaexpress.com 

Please feel free to email the invoices to us, and we will upload them for you. However, due to the varying frequency of emails we get throughout the day, this process may take several hours to complete.  In a lot of cases, that may mean missing the cutoffs for our schedule.  We highly recommend using one of the options above.
