We want online shopping to be as easy as possible, and one of the great benefits of online shopping is the ability to return stuff. If you live in the US and want to return an item, it's easy. You just call or email your supplier and ask to return the product, and they send you a shipping label which you place on your original package, put the original item inside the package and ship it out.

Requirements
- The original Aerotrack number. It starts with "MIA0000"
- Your supplier has to accept the return. This is normally provided in the form of a return shipping label. If they don't accept the return, there is no point in returning the item.
- Your item needs to be properly packaged for shipping. Usually the original packaging can be used.
- If your supplier does not cover/offer free return shipping, you will need to pay for the return shipping cost from Miami to the supplier.
